how hard is it to get an American scholarship?

Hello
I know there are a lot of posts similar to mine, but please help me out.
I am a 15 year old 10th grade South African girl who attends a prestigious IB international school in Beijing, China.
Next year my father and I have decided that I will take the full IB course, the subjects I will be taking are, English (higher level), Math (standard level), Chemistry (higher level), Art (standard level),
Chinese (standard level), and Economics (higher level). Right now I have a 3.9 gpa, and I will only be taking my PSATs in April for the first time. I have been playing varsity rugby, and basketball since 9th grade, and I in the student council, I’m class rep, I am a member of Model United Nations, and will be attending a conference at Georgetown University this school year, and lastly I am a peer counselor. I speak 3 languages fluently, which include English, Xhosa (South African language), and Mandarin (Chinese). I also play the piano.
I was wondering how legible I would be to get a scholarship to these schools: Howard U, NYU, Fordham, and Manhattanville. If you do not think I am legible for any of these school’s scholarships, then please tell me what I could do. I know it’s harder for international people to get financial aid, that’s why I’m working so hard in high school now.

I think eligibility won’t be a problem for you. Maintaining a 3.9 GPA while being as active in school as you describe yourself to be is impressive. Oh, and being multilingual is always a plus!
