art lesson?
ce200016 asked:
I’m starting a job teaching art to South American students (they speak english) at a boarding school. I wanted to make a questionnaire to learn more about their past art experience, what they would like to learn, and a little bit about themselves. Any ideas of what questions i could ask?

Ask them if they think they can draw. Loads of people I know say they can’t draw. Ask them what they think is art ever seen Mona Lisa Smile? then you’ll get it. Ask them their fave media, their fave artist, their fave piece. Ask them if they’ve been to an art gallery and if they’ve enjoyed it.
>what is the meaning of arts?
*who painted the famous painting”monalisa”?
+draw anything u have in ur mind.
ask them what other interests they have, if you can incorporate other things that they like it will help them get more involvled in class. ask what knid of media they have used; ink, paint, charcoal, you’ll want them to try different things and knowing what they have already done is a starting point.
